About Me

Your Primary Recovery Coach

How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become a Recovery Coach?

To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment, and a resulting “compelling story”, that brought me to where I am today -Coaching people like you on exactly what to do to break free from addiction. That defining moment in my life happened in 2020.

First of all, I’m no longer ashamed to say that I have an addictive

personality, I’m

finally past the shame of my antics and profoundly apologetic to my friends and loved ones I hurt and disappointed along the way. I struggled with addiction (on and off) for 12 years, dealing with multiple addictions that spiraled out of control

towards my mid 30’s. As you may already know, the first taste of addiction starts

as a game of fun or to satisfy curiosity.

In my late 20’s, I indulged in Cocaine for the first time simply for fun, which gave me an incredible high. It was like no feeling I’d ever felt before. I began using more and more, and before I even realized it, I developed an addiction. What started as fun turned into a way to distract myself from coping with life. When I turned 30, I began experimenting with Meth, I would juggle between Cocaine and Meth for years, until I replaced Cocaine altogether and made Meth my drug of choice. During my drug escapades I developed a Nicotine (smoking) and Gambling Addiction, followed by heavy alcohol consumption.

There was hardly ever a time I would use drugs without excessively gambling, smoking or drinking. Cigarettes and alcohol were critical and must have substances during those moments to balance my drug high. My whole entire lifestyle was sickening!

Each year I would go on a sabbatical to detox my body to give it the rest that it needed. As time went on, my breaks became shorter and harder to commit to. I started to fall in and out of depression, I began skipping several days of work trying to recover, my gambling habits were depleting my funds, I was piling on more and more debt, and I started developing respiratory issues from excessively smoking. I knew I couldn’t continue living this lifestyle, I was throwing away my future, basically digging a grave for my burial. My breaking point happened a few months before I turned 40, the age I often said I wanted to quit by.

The Universe heard me, and I believe God held me accountable. Around the beginning of 2020 is when I received my Spiritual Awakening, I payed attention to the signs and synchronicities, and walked completely away from the sin I was in. By the Grace of God, I will never look back! Now I’m committed to Coaching other Recovering Addicts who have recently walked away or are struggling to walk away from a destructive, depressing and hindering lifestyle associated with Substance and Behavioral Addictions.

Who are your clients?

I work with people just like you who are

Seeking Freedom from Addiction and improving the quality of their lives. A Coach who has walked your path has the upper hand on the experience needed to help you solve your problems on a more intimate level. I help...

  • Low to Moderate Users & Those in Recovery

  • Substance Abuse (Alcohol, Tobacco, Legal & Illegal Drugs)

  • Behavioral Addiction (Gambling Addicts)

What makes you different from other “Coaches?"

I lead by example, I wouldn’t dare give advice to anyone about something I haven’t struggled with myself. I believe in equal give and take, I provide the tools you need to help you heal and recover, while you do the work. I am not the Sole Problem Solver here, You Are! I’m here to assist you along your path to make better decisions on your Transformation Journey. I’m concerned with how to help you become your best self, I ask that you are Authentic and Present from the moment you show up, and open to Constructive Criticism.

What I don't provide is Coaching for every Addict and their Addictions or Trauma. Presently, this Program is for Substance Users, Gambling Addicts and Childhood Trauma Survivors! I’m more than just your Coach, I’d like for you to think of me as your Big or Little Big Sister. I’m a great listener with a warm heart and very easy to communicate with.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

The Addicts In Transformation Mentorship Program was created for people who are absolutely excited and dead serious about changing their lives and having another shot at living their dreams – it means not running around all day long, beating yourself up anymore saying: “I’d never be able to manage my problems without a Quick Fix” It was created for you to put a system in place within a few months, which will eventually lead you to change your behavior and mindset and improve your decision making skills.

Moving from victim to survivor, I'm known to work best with other survivors, people who are committed to their healing journey no matter what, who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to avoid falling back into addiction. My clients often tell me – “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it!” Consider what you’ll do with me to be a high-octane crash course on everything you need to know to avoid use and manage cravings, develop leadership skills, minimize risky behavior, and how to process the pain and redirect the anger within you to stop being victimized. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore, just a very different way of thinking and full support while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal: To Be Victim Free.

For what type of clients is your program NOT going to work?

Please know I’m very selective in who I work with and I cherry-pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my Program and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.) Addicts In Transformation Mentorship Program is NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It’s been my experience that people in financial crises do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month’s rent check or mortgage payment.) If you fall within this category, it’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another. Do yourself (2) favors:

  1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your Addicts In Transformation assignments and the BIG picture.

  2. Follow me on Instagram or You tube and gain value from watching my videos. The free information will get you started towards your goals until you’re ready to work with me one-on-one.

Doing these two things will really help you get primed for our work. When you’re ready, call me and we’ll get you started. (I’m in no rush and will be here when you need me.) Other types of personalities I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?

What exactly is Addicts In Transformation Mentorship System and what does it include?

Addicts In Transformation Mentorship Program begins with understanding your true value, loving and putting yourself first, getting in touch with your spirituality, staying sober by helping others, and saying goodbye to what no longer serves you so you can attract more of what you really need. Here’s what the 8 Step System gets you to do:

     1. Release Toxic Relationships

How do you see yourself and the quality of your relationships? Your

happiness and well-being should always be a priority. Learn to explore

your path to independence, set boundaries, and rediscover yourself.

  • Identify and express your needs, feelings, and desires with confidence

  • Find your independence

  • Let go of what no longer serves you

  • Make better relationship choices

     2. Bear Life Without Pain Killers

No one ever said life would be easy, it's about learning to play the hand we         were dealt rather than numbing ourselves to escape the pain. It is essential

to have skills to navigate your way through challenges, as learning these             will enable you to develop a sense of confidence in your ability to cope               with life.

  • Develop Healthy Coping Skills to build Resilience

  • Overcome Obstacles that stand in your way

  • Deal with Fear and Anxiety

  • Hold yourself Accountable for your mistakes

     3. Turn Your Addiction Upside Down like A Frown

Turn your life around by turning your addiction upside down. Remember             where you are, how you got to where you are, what's possible, and where           to go from here. Learn how to except and embrace change to bring new             choices for happiness and fulfillment.

  • Rebuild your life after addiction

  • Accept change and move forward

  • Find Hope in Hopelessness

  • Manage Your Triggers

      4. Parent The Toddler In You

Let's stop the public meltdowns altogether, sometimes your wants and                needs are just not going to be met. Being able to calm and console                        yourself is a central part of being a resilient adult, yet many adults are                  unable to do it. Recognizing the tell-tale signs and patterns can help you            control your temper tantrum before it controls you. Together we will work            on a few strategies and relaxation techniques to help you resolve your                inner conflict.

  • Build Emotional Resilience

  • Practice Self Awareness

  • Maintain your physical and mental health by implementing Self-Massage Techniques

  • Practice Deep Breathing to lower your stress levels

      5. Accept Yourself For Who You Are

Self Acceptance is easier said than done, but you must accept yourself for        who you are no matter how difficult this may be. Loving yourself and                    accepting all your flaws is the best starting point to heal your wounds and          negative programming. Learn to reprogram your mindset by changing the        way you behave and think, and as a result, boost your self-esteem and                confidence.

  • Practice Positive Self Talk

  • Identify Your Strengths

  • Embrace what makes you unique

  • Move on from past regrets

  • Focus on Self-Care

  • Become your own best friend

      6. Own Your Truth

Sometimes it's easier to hide from the truth rather than face it. Speaking              your truth dictates the kind of life you lead. Let go of your shame and fears          and allow God to shape your life and bring purpose. Learn to shine your              light so you can influence others in a positive way.

  • Embrace vulnerability and step into your courage

  • Express yourself through journaling

  • Let go of regrets

  • Regain your Self-Respect

       7. Keep Yourself in Check

It's important to continually make a conscious effort to be the best version         of yourself. Taking the time to listen to your authentic self and                                   incorporating meditation into your daily routine can help you get in touch           with your feelings, find inner peace and balance, and make better                         decisions.

  • Stay true to your values

  • Be more mindful

  • Ground yourself

       8. Talk & Walk the Walk With God

Back up your talk with action! Become a leader, and be heroic in your life             by allowing the lord to use YOU to help others know who HE is through your         testimony. Learn to lean on God and say a daily prayer to help you stay               strong in your faith, and walk the rest and best days of your life with HIM on         your JOURNEY.

  • Take Your Power Back

  • Walk With God

  • Be of service to others

  • Make praying a ritual

Can I contact some of your former clients to see what it’s like to work with you?

Yes, I encourage you to! Please go to the Client Testimonials/Personality Endorsements Page and read all of them. Then feel free to email or call them and ask what they got from working with me and my program or from knowing me on a personal level.

How quickly can I expect results?

That depends on how quickly you can make those inner shifts. Some clients are ready to go and change the quality of their life in a very short time frame, sometimes even a few weeks, while others have a bit more work to do first. It also depends on your work ethic and learning curve.

How can I guarantee myself that I will get stronger and overcome my weaknesses, in record time?

Do all of your homework. Be totally committed to your success. Understand that this is a process, a proven one, that works if you take action and implement all of the steps. All my clients who have diligently applied every step of Addicts In Transformation Mentorship Program have successfully increased their confidence and self awareness, in much less time than they would have on their own, AND reduced or overcome their addiction.
